God’s Perfect Team

Two things are necessary to work together in God’s Kingdom; the Word (Logos) and the Spirit (Rhema). In Genesis God shows the perfect connection of the two working in the Garden of Eden at the time of Creation.

Genesis 1: 2-3 says, And the Spirit of God MOVED upon the face of the waters. And God SAID, Let there be light: and there was light.

The Spirit of God moved, God Spoke His Word, and the action took place. Until God spoke the Word, Action did not take place.

Now, if we apply this to our lives it translates to, we MUST be born of the SPIRIT for the WORD of God to begin to create the person God wants to make of us. We study the Word and the Spirit of God within us begins to bring LIFE to us. Our understanding is awakened by the Holy Spirit of God within.

We need the God-planned combination of Spirit and Word to maintain balance in the Kingdom of God. It is a discipline we need daily in our lives to read the Word and to seek the wisdom and knowledge of God as He reveals it to us by His Spirit.

Perfect Peace

Isaiah 26: 3 KJV Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. So what is “perfect peace”?

So often in this world our minds are troubled with a barrage of things happening, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and even physically. We are bullied, buffeted, lose friends and things, and many other things. So how can this verse possibly apply? Do we know how to “Stay our mind on God?” Do we know how to “Trust” Him?

There is a key, and it is found in the beginning. Jesus said, Ye must be born again of the Spirit of God. God is a spiritual God and we must become spiritual offspring for Him to create in us a sound mind and a right spirit.

If you do not know God, or have a relationship with God, please feel free to get in touch via our contact information and we will email you a free booklet, pray for you, and answer any questions we can. We care about you, and our God cares even more. He loved you so much He sent His ONLY BEGOTTEN SON that you might be born of His Spirit, returned to that relationship of the Garden of Eden.

Lawakhakha, Kenya

The Remnant Afire Inc. team, partnered with the Truth Evangelistic Missions Outreach (Pastor Anthony Omara) to travel to Kenya for an outreach mission.  As a result we were drawn to a one-time project that would bless each of three widows groups. The project began when we asked them what their biggest challenge was and how could we be a part of the answer for them besides to pray.

Their answer was, “We are lonely. We need fellowship and a purpose that we can matter in God’s Kingdom.”

Out of this request came the following project from Pastor Athony Omara. Buy chairs that the ladies can rent for a business. This would provide many things: Income for their families, training in running a business successfully, and fellowship as they worked together. We requested that, not only would they fellowship together as they worked, but also have two special times together to worship and pray each month. We also asked the pastors to include them in their worship, greeting, and prayer teams. The pastors are doing wonderfully in encouraging this element and are not just blessing their widows, but are sharing with other churches so this idea of blessing widows can grow.

May 30, 2025   The harvest is ready, laborers are few….

I know it has been some time but now we are ready to begin our blogging and we take seriously KJV Bible verse in John chapter 4 and verse 35 which says, “Say not ye, there are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields, for they are white already to harvest.” This is Jesus Himself speaking, back at that time! Now it is late in the space of time allowed for this earth to continue before He comes again, and the urgency is tangible.

We look forward to sending forth His messages. All are welcome, indeed He says, “I am come that ALL might be saved.” He is building a people to dwell forever with Him in His Father’s Kingdom. How important it is that we share this good news with everyone who will hear and receive.
