John 3:5-7 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.  My attention was riveted by what Jesus said, "That which is born of Spirit IS spirit."  He is calling us to surpass this flesh, to become spiritual creatures in Him. And He is telling us we MUST be born of the Spirit or we cannot enter into the kingdom of God.  In Luke 17:21 Jesus is speaking again and further clarifies, "Behold, the kingdom of God is within you." In I Corinthians we read, "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and the Spirit OF GOD dwelleth in you?" Lord, help us to yield to the Spirit of our Living God so that we can become the spiritual creatures He made us to be. He wants to be "connected" to us, a "part of our very being" and a part of our whole life to…

  Have you ever been beat up emotionally and spiritually by genuine people you know loved the Lord? Their advice hit you like lead bullets in the heart. They quoted scriptures like a machine gun, thinking, sincerely that it would answer the hurt inside you. I spent many years feeling just like that – beat up, misunderstood, corrected when I already knew what was wrong and was fighting it with all my strength and not winning, advised with words that I already knew were in the Bible,  but were not helping me at all, and told to just keep on keeping on, it will be alright, but it wasn’t. One day, in total frustration, I told God, “I don’t understand why You don’t answer me, You don’t talk to me the way they say you are talking to them, You don’t set me free from my past, it keeps coming back to beat me up whether through my own mind, or my “friends” condemnation.” I said, “If You don’t fix me, I am unfixable.” He decided to remind me of some things that had escaped me. Methods vs Working in the Spirit Many people want to develop methods for spiritual work. God wants to work through His Spirit within us. To the degree that we trust in a method is to the degree we have moved away from trusting in Him and His guidance. Jesus even warns us in the New Testament that there will be some who have cast out demons in His Name and He will have to tell them to depart. Matt 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. When we develop a pattern for deliverance, or healing, or performing miracles, we cease to walk purely with our heavenly Father and we enter into the supernatural in the realm of the world. Living Stones serve a Living God I Peter 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Christ Jesus. What is being said here? Obviously, we are not actually rocks, without life. Instead, it is referring to the solidarity we have brought forth in our lives through Christ. A rock shows strength. Jesus is called the Rock on which we stand. We become lively rocks as the adopted sons and daughters of God when we are born again. But what else is He saying here. "Built Up a spiritual house." We don't arrive unless we are willing, choosing, to serve God. As we begin to learn His ways and obey His laws, we come into a connection to Him that helps us offer up those spiritual sacrifices to Him. What are they? The fruits of the Spirit are: Gal. 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance,: against such there is no law. 

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you they are spirit, and they are life.  Jesus had just shocked the disciples by telling them they must eat his flesh and drink His blood. Now, I would have been shocked too. But Jesus was telling them a parable, because He couldn't tell them the future yet. He is giving them a picture of the Spiritual Realm about to happen when He leaves this earthly vessel behind and they will understand the blood was the life of Flesh. The bread was Spirit.  There had to be a crossover where death was destroyed and life eternal was taken up. Jesus had to die and be resurrected for death to lose it's power. Life was in Jesus's blood, physical life.  As the perfect sacrifice He had to die as a sinless flesh-man to be worthy for the Father to raise Him up victorious over the sentence of death. A cow didn't sin - a man did. Only a man could pay the price for that sin to restore life eternal unto mankind. But there was no man worthy. All had sinned and come…

A year of God's increase This year has been a year of stepping out and God meeting us to bear fruit. What an awesome privilege to have Father God and Jesus Christ, our Savior. What a privilege to be connected by the Holy Spirit in this world of so much turmoil and challenges.  For the following things that brought us joy in serving we give God all the glory. Without His guidance, His furnishing of funds to meet needs and operate, we would go nowhere. Without Him we would not see the beautiful souls coming to Jesus that happened this year.  We saw God open the doors for three widows groups to begin projects and become an active part in their congregations, no longer forgotten or ignored. Food outreaches touched hearts and brought in the lost. We saw follow up going on with the pastors and their teams reaching out to get the new converts grounded in the Word and the Spirit of our Living God. God helped us have funding to furnish curriculum for the new converts leaders.  A great joy was God allowing us help with some of the funds for the Truth Fountain Evangelistic team to build…

Linda James, our faithful friend, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed into glory November of 2025. She will be missed greatly, but we also rejoice, she is in the presence of the King of Kings. She is resting from her labors. She has left a great army behind to carry on the works of the kingdom.  She was writing articles to bless our readers, but only got one here before she left for her new home. Aggressive prayer brings forth fruit. But we must know what this kind of prayer truly is, why it brings forth fruit, and how it works. We must also know what it is not, and why it doesn't work sometimes. Does aggressive prayer have to be loud ? Maybe, and maybe not. Authority doesn't have an assigned volume. Sometimes the quietest words pack the most punch. Other times loudness gets the most attention.  What is the purpose behind aggressive prayer? To take down the enemy of our souls. Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.  Where is the aggressive prayer power located? In our tongue. Proverbs 18:21 Death and live are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Aggressive prayer is meant to bring forth LIFE, salvation, deliverance, healing and ALL the things of God.  What does God's Word say about aggressive pray-ers? The enemy seeks whom he may devour. But our stedfastness, in the Lord, defeats the enemy as our God of all grace strengthens and settles us.…

Thoughts to Ponder At first glance, the desert appears bleak, barren and dry, but let a brief shower blow in, and the desert is transformed into an unexpected object of beauty. Within a very short time, blades of green appear usually topped with splashes of brilliant color. The wasteland had been hiding LIFE beneath its hot, sandy terrain. Even so, circumstances, can cause our lives to appear barren and dry, giving the impression there is no real life, hope or even relief from the heat.  Then comes: Small glimpses of coming change….A kind word spoken with a genuine smile…A hug of comfort in place of a cold shoulder…Small revelations that breathe hope and life into impossible situations… A new quickening of the reality that Jesus meant it when He said we could rejoice when facing tribulation, because He has faced it before us, and has overcome it. All acting as droplets of refreshing rain and giving gentle illumination to our path in the midnight hours.         And this is how I desire this page to be received; as raindrops gracing the dry, barren areas of someone’s heart, causing Hope and Life and Truth to spring forth once again. God's Perfect Team Two things are necessary to work together in God's Kingdom; the Word (Logos) and the Spirit (Rhema). In Genesis God shows the perfect connection of the two working in the Garden of Eden at the time of Creation. Genesis 1: 2-3 says, And the Spirit of God MOVED upon the face of the waters. And God SAID, Let there be light: and there was light.  The Spirit of God moved, God Spoke His Word, and the action took place. Until God spoke the Word, Action did not take place. Now, if we apply this to our lives it translates to, we MUST be born of the SPIRIT for the WORD of God to begin to create the person God wants to make of us. We study the Word and the Spirit of God within us begins to bring LIFE to us. Our understanding is awakened by the Holy Spirit of God within.  We need the God-planned combination of Spirit and Word to maintain balance in the Kingdom of God. It is a discipline we need daily in our lives to read the Word and to seek the wisdom and knowledge of God as He reveals it to us…
